- We ask your name when you receive treatment or examination.
- In some cases, we place an identification label on your hospital card or medical chart.
- In principle, we require all inpatients to wear patient identification “wristband.”
- We place your name card in the bedroom.
(If you wish to not use your name card, we may meet your request by applying. Please tell our staf accordingly.)
